Kuwait Airways expects to post a loss of $138m for 2005 due to high fuel costs, Chairman Sheikh Talal Mubarak Al Sabah told reporters yesterday. This compares with an original projected loss of $90m. He said that fuel surcharges would only meet 30% of the higher fuel cost. [AMEInfo.com]
