Kuwait's government has formed a ministerial committee to take charge of planning the construction of a large metro network, in order to end serious traffic congestion problems, reported the Arab Times. The Minister of Public Labour and Housing, Bader Al-Humaidi, said that no date has yet been set for the start of the design process and international consultants will first carry out a full study.
