Longtime aviation leader dies (Billings Gazette)

DARNESTOWN, Md. - Clarence R. "Sig" Ugrin, a former chairman of the Montana Aeronautics Board, has died here. He was 78. Family members said Ugrin, formerly of Miles City, died Wednesday of complications from pneumonia and Parkinson's disease.
