Losses Rise 82% At Airline (Hartford Courant)

ARLINGTON, Va. -- Bankrupt US Airways Group Inc. reported Friday that second-quarter losses increased from a year earlier by 82 percent, to $62 million, as bankruptcy-related items and higher fuel prices wiped away the airline's savings in labor costs.
