March 21 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Europe's second-largest airline, plans to take over Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. in stages, emulating Air France's acquisition of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, to preserve Swiss's international routes.
