Malaysian Airline raises fuel surcharges by 40 pct (Reuters via Yahoo! Asia News)

KUALA LUMPUR, July 7 (Reuters) - State-controlled Malaysian Airline System said on Thursday it will raise its fuel surcharge to by 40 percent on all flights from July 15 to help cover rising fuel costs.
