NORFOLK, Va. The Navy loaded up an aircraft carrier and another ship with supplies today to bolster its hurricane relief efforts. Adding the U-S-S Harry S. Truman and the Whidbey Island will increase the number of sailors being sent to the Gulf Coast to about 75-hundred.
