Nigeria to invest 150 million US dollars to upgrade aviation (africast.com)

ABUJA, April 17 -- Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo has approved the release of 19.5 billion naira (about 150 million U.S. dollars) for the repositioning of the aviation industry to meet the International Civil Aviation Organization ( ICAO) standards, a high-ranking official said yesterday.
