Northwest Mechanics Say the Airline is Asking for More Cuts (WTOL News 11)

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Striking mechanics say Northwest Airlines has returned to the bargaining table demanding even more give-backs than it wanted before the walkout. And the airline says it will start hiring permanent replacements next week if the union doesn't settle.
