OACA is responsible to operate and develop Tunisia's seven international airports, under the tutelage of the Ministry of Transport. In 2004, some 9.5 million passengers flew through Tunisia's airports, out of which 80% used either the airports of Tunis, Monastir or Djerba - the country's busiest.
