Phukan was not entitled to use IAF aircraft, says Pranab Mukherjee (India Daily)

Union Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee told the Lok Sabha on Wednesday that Justice S N Phukan, who is probing the Tehelka expose on defence deals, was provided with a Indian Air Force aircraft and helicopters to visit defence establishments, even though he was not entitled to do so.
