Profits not enough to lift airlines (Dallas Morning News)

Don't let carriers' second-quarter profits fool you. The airline industry remains in deep trouble. Even though 7 of the top 10 airlines were in the black for the three months ended in June, those profits won't be nearly enough to keep most carriers profitable for all of 2005, analysts say.
