Qatar denies SriLankan interest

Qatar Airways is denying reports it plans to take over SriLankan Airlines or any other carrier. QA CEO Akbar Al Baker told Britain's Sunday Times that despite other opportunities, the airline is concentrating on developing itself. Al Baker also urged Sri Lankan media not to over-dramatise isolated terrorist incidents in the Gulf. []
