Report: Singapore-based airline to start service to interior Chinese provinces (AP via Yahoo! Asia News)

Singapore-based Valuair Ltd. will become the first budget airline to fly to interior Chinese provinces when it begins service to the southwestern city of Chengdu in two weeks, a newspaper reported Monday.
