Ruling revives HIV bias suit against airline (PlanetOut)

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has restored a trio of lawsuits by HIV-positive men against American Airlines. The three men each sued the airline after being provisionally hired and then turned down for flight attendant jobs because of their HIV status.
