Sannine Zenith works to commence

Excavation work on the billion dollar Sannine Zenith mountain ski resort is expected start this summer, developers told The Daily Star. The resort will initially be built on 720m sqft of mountain range over the next 10-15 years. It will eventually be able to accommodate 22,000 skiers by the end of phase two, far greater than Faraya Mzar, Lebanon's most popular ski resort with a capacity of 5,000 skiers. [AMEInfo.com]
