Saudi to licence private airline

Saudi Arabia will have its first private airline operating in the country soon, with the first licence due to be issued by the end of 2005, reported Gulf News. The Kingdom is also working towards a number of other privatisation initiatives; for the national carrier SAA, railways, postal service and telecoms.
