ON-BOARD PRIME MINISTER''S AIRCRAFT (February 25 2005): Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Thursday said substantive progress had been made on the gas pipeline project with Iran and petroleum ministers of the two countries would meet next month to work out the technical details.
