Supplier for Osprey aircraft charged by federal prosecutors (KVOA Tucson)

PHILADELPHIA A military supplier and two of its workers have been charged with providing uncertified material for the V-22 Osprey aircraft. But federal prosecutors say the material wasn't to blame for two deadly crashes in 2002 involving the helicopter-airplane hybrid.
