Tourism needs rooms

Dubai will need 45,000 more hotel rooms in the next five years to cope with the expected tourism boom, reported Gulf news quoting industry sources. 72,000 new hotel rooms at a cost of $10.8bn will come into service by 2012 in the GCC, according to RSP Group. [AMEInfo.com]
