UAE champs of Oz cooking

A team UAE chefs has won the Meat & Livestock Australia Black Box Culinary Challenge, beating 16 teams from the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. The team from the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai beat the Australian team into second place, with Singapore third. The challenge brought together 16 teams of international chefs under the age of 35 to create and deliver a four course menu for 560 guests with only 24 hours notice. [AMEInfo.com]
