United States, India Sign Open Skies Aviation Agreement (U.S. State Department)

The United States and India sign an Open Skies aviation agreement that provide passenger and cargo air carriers from both countries unlimited access to each other***s markets.** U.S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who signed the accord for the United States, says it is ***a truly historic agreement that removes all barriers on air services between our two countries.***
