U-S and Russia sign off on anti-aircraft missile agreement (KRON 4 Bay Area)

STATE DEPARTMENT The U-S and Russia have agreed to cooperate in destroying surplus portable anti-aircraft missiles. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Russia's defense minister signed the agreement today. It calls for sharing information about the exports of these missiles to third countries.
