U.S., Mexico strike aviation agreement (Mississippi Business Journal)

WASHINGTON *** The United States and Mexico have agreed to allow expanded aviation services between their two countries, which the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) said should allow for more flights and lower fares on many routes in the third-largest U.S. international air market.
