Transport Tashkent Aircraft Production Plant named after Chkalov (TAPOiCh) has signed an agreement with Azerbaijan Havo Yollari for the supply of three new modernised Il-76TD-90VD on the first day of MAKS-2005. MAKS is aviation show, which is regularly held in Russia. The show opened on 16 August.
