WTO begins inquiry into aircraft aid (International Herald Tribune)

The World Trade Organization on Wednesday began an investigation into billions of dollars of aid to the aircraft makers Airbus and Boeing, kicking off the largest battle in WTO history. The case, including appeals, could last for years.
