EU proposes to open aviation negotiations with New Zealand BRUSSELS, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- The European Commission (EC) proposed on Monday to open with New Zealand aviation negotiations which will seek further opening of the respective air markets and enhanced regulatory cooperation.
