Honeywell's Profit Falls on Tax Charge (AP via Yahoo! News)

Honeywell International Inc., a maker of aircraft parts and industrial manufacturing products, said Wednesday its adjusted earnings grew more than 20 percent on strong sales across most divisions, though a charge for repatriating foreign profits depressed net income.
