Ace Aviation's Jazz Puts Off Flights From Toronto City Airport (

Aug. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Ace Aviation Holdings Inc.'s Jazz unit put off plans to fly from Toronto's downtown airport after a federal agency let a rival airline use the island facility and denied access to Jazz.
