NAS eyes Easyjet brand

National Air Services of Saudi Arabia, an executive jet provider, has approached the UK's low cost carrier, Easyjet, about the use of its branding in the region, reported the Financial Times. Jeddah based NAS announced last year that it planned to set up a budget airline, with initial operations confined to domestic routes; Dubai's Abraaj Capital is also involved in the project. Palm monorail on track

The foundations for the path of the Palm Jumeirah's $245m monorail should be completed this month, according to developers Nakheel. The 5.4 km long track will run from the Gateway Station at the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah to the Atlantis Station on the Crescent, calling at two intermediate stations, Trump Tower and Village Centre. Dubai Metro could get fourth line
