Gulf airport retailers are monitoring the security situation in the UK following the introduction of procedures which could seriously affect sales of duty free items, reported Gulf News. Passengers transiting at British airports are barred from carrying hand luggage and all liquids, including beverages and gels, are not permitted on board.
